Qualified Lawyer, admitted to the Bars of Madrid and Lyon (France). He holds a Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid and a degree in European international law from Jean Monnet University – Paris XI. He also obtained a diploma in political science from UNED. As a sworn French-Spanish interpreter accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he specializes in commercial law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience providing legal advice to companies operating in Spain, France, and Morocco, particularly in highly international contexts. He is registered with the Bars of Madrid and Lyon (France).

Virginia Regidor Hidalgo

Qualified lawyer, she holds a law degree from the University of Valladolid and a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Private Law from CEU Business School. A specialist in labor law and litigation procedures, she has been assisting national and international clients, particularly French-speaking ones, since 2001. Qualified lawyer admitted to the Bars of Madrid and Paris for over 20 years, he has dedicated his entire academic and professional career to the field of transnational legal relations, with a particular focus on exchanges between France and Spain. He holds a law degree from Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in European Union Law from Carlos III University of Madrid, and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in International and European Economic Law from Paris X – Nanterre University. He practices in Spanish, French, and English.

Marina Gracia-Lores Martinez

Associate Lawyer

Qualified lawyer specialized in international business advisory and foreign trade, both globally and with a focus on the Moroccan market. She holds a dual degree in Spanish-French Law from Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s in Franco-Spanish Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1), a Master’s in International Law and International Relations from Complutense University, and a Master’s in International Business Management from the Menéndez Pelayo International University. She began her career at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Rabat, within the Investment and Business Advisory Department, where she supported Spanish companies and contributed to the preparation of economic reports. She further developed her training and experience in foreign trade within the Trade Finance Department at Deutsche Bank.

Sanaa Dlimi

Legal Counsel

She holds a degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Casablanca, a Master I in Commercial Law from the University of Perpignan, and a Master II in International Business Law from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole. She has extensive experience in business law, having worked at international law firms such as Cuatrecasas and Gide Loyrette Nouel, and as a consultant for investment groups in Morocco (Saaidi Hdid). She is a specialist in Moroccan real estate and administrative law, as well as corporate and labor law.

Mercedes Cortegoso Mangana

Associate Lawyer

Qualified Lawyer, she has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) since 2024. She holds a Law degree as well as a Master’s in Legal Practice (qualifying her for the bar), obtained from the Autonomous University of Madrid. During her academic journey, she completed an exchange year at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, which allowed her to strengthen her legal training in an international context. She practices in Spanish, French, and English.
